As a Territory Account Manager (TAM), you will drive business development and patient care by promoting our lymphedema therapy devices to healthcare providers and directly supporting patients through the treatment process. This is a dual-role position combining B2B sales with patient-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Cycle Management:
Build and maintain relationships with physicians (family medicine, internal medicine, oncology), physical therapists, and occupational therapists.
Educate providers on companys solutions and facilitate patient referrals.
Conduct in-home patient consultations, demonstrate device usage, and guide patients through treatment.
Manage the insurance billing process post-patient approval.
Territory Development:
Prospect and grow new accounts while managing existing relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on completed and shipped orders.
Navigate Medicare and insurance changes impacting patient access.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Mentor and support Associate Territory Account Managers (ATAMs) with a dotted-line leadership role.
Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills.
Administrative Excellence:
Maintain accurate records, manage scheduling, and stay organized in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Balance time between road-based sales and administrative responsibilities.
This role is 70% on the road in a territory covering Northern Mississippi down to the Hattiesburg line, including Jackson, some parts of Memphis and Moral. The salary posted is the base salary with uncapped commission (averaging $52-72K annually), monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursement.

3+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to close sales.
Willingness to travel within the territory and conduct in-home patient visits.
High energy, confident and clear communication.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Travel: Minimal overnight travel (at most 1 night per week)
Experience in lymphedema, oncology, or physical/occupational therapy.
Certified Lymphedema Specialist (CLS) credential.
Background in both B2B and patient-facing roles.
