Job Description
Lead team of analysts but also act as a functioning data specialist
Identify and manage data-related issues, risks, and gaps
Document source and target-state data architectures for applications and cloud analytics platforms
Design and implement data pipelines
Develop subject matter expertise in business drivers and semantics for data management
Design and develop ETL architecture and technical work packages
Improve data quality metrics and manage metadata in the data stack
Create entity relationship diagrams, business vocabulary, data dictionaries, and semantic models
Plan and implement data set catalogues
Map data for migration from legacy databases to new applications
Design semantic models with time series and hierarchical views for child welfare metrics

Required Skills & Experience
Most crucial experience is a strong background in ETL, data migrations, data cleasing, and heavy reporting
8 years of experience in multidimensional model database design and ETL design/development
8 years of experience in data quality and master data management integration
8 years of experience with ERDs, business vocabulary, data dictionary, and database schema mapping
8 years of experience in data analytic implementation projects
3 years of experience with cloud-based data stack tools and platforms
Excellent English-speaking, written communication, and knowledge transfer skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of the child welfare process and regulations is a huge plus!!
Experience in child welfare data modeling, case management, and analytics
Experience with data quality and data exchange components of federal requirements for child welfare management systems
Prior CCWIS experience
Ability to communicate effectively and build positive, productive rapport with team members
