Job Description
We are hiring a Robotic Maintenance Technician to support automated manufacturing equipment in a production environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining robotic systems and automation equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
You’ll work closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to reduce downtime, improve equipment reliability, and support new equipment and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of experience maintaining robotic or automated manufacturing equipment
Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
Experience working with industrial robots (Fanuc or similar)
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems (motors, sensors, wiring, control panels, etc.)
Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled systems and automation equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Technical degree, trade school, or certification in maintenance, robotics, mechatronics, or electrical technology
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability best practices
Experience supporting equipment startups, commissioning, or new production lines
Experience with robotic programming or basic program edits
Industry certifications (robotics, electrical, or maintenance-related)
Background in aerospace, automotive, or other high-precision manufacturing environments
