Job Description

We are hiring a Robotics Engineer to support automated manufacturing systems in a high-tech production environment. This role will focus on programming, maintaining, and improving industrial robots and automation equipment to increase efficiency, quality, and reliability.
The Robotics Engineer will partner closely with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, support new system implementations, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience working with industrial robotic systems in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting robots (Fanuc or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of automation systems including PLCs, sensors, HMIs, and motion controls
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and control diagrams
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in automated production environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working with robotic welding, assembly automation, material handling, or machine tending
Background in aerospace, automotive, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries
Experience integrating robotic systems with vision systems or advanced automation tools
Familiarity with equipment commissioning, system startups, or factory testing processes
Exposure to new product introduction (NPI) or process development work
Industry certifications related to robotics, PLC programming, or automation systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
