Job Description
Insight Global is sekeing a Technical Product Owner. In this role, you will own and actively manage the Vendavo CPQ product backlog, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories, enhancements, and technical tasks. They will be responsible for configuring and maintaining pricing, quoting, discounting, and approval rules within Vendavo CPQ, while ensuring the platform operates in a stable, steady-state production environment. You will support ongoing module functionality, troubleshoot defects or performance issues, and ensure Vendavo CPQ remains effectively integrated with Oracle ERP and related systems. This individual will work closely with ERP, integration, and vendor teams to maintain data integrity and process alignment, while ensuring best practices are followed across SDLC, change management, testing, and release governance. They will also support UAT, validate releases, communicate product status, and serve as the primary point of accountability for the overall health, performance, and continuous improvement of the CPQ solution.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Owner supporting enterprise systems
-Hands-on experience with Vendavo CPQ and/or Oracle ERP (one is required; experience with both is strongly preferred)
-If background includes Vendavo CPQ, strong understanding of CPQ concepts, including pricing models, discounting, approvals, and quoting workflows
-Experience with technical documentation
-Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and configurations
-Experience supporting off‑the‑shelf enterprise platforms in a steady-state operational model
-Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Shakopee, MN or Boulder, CO
