Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable UX Researcher to support the development of a customer-facing application the client's space. This role involves conducting both qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients, and contributing to the creation of prototypes and wireframes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in enterprise environments and be comfortable engaging with stakeholders throughout various stages of the product lifecycle.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers.
Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, conduct interviews, and gather feedback.
Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and present them to stakeholders.
Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to support research findings.
Use tools like Figma and Miro to visualize research and design concepts.
Support demo sessions and client presentations as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience conducting UX research in enterprise environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise-level design and research work.
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Ability to create wireframes and prototypes based on research insights.
Proficiency in Figma and Miro.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working on customer-facing applications.
Ability to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
Experience supporting product demos and client-facing presentations.
Familiarity with agile or iterative development environments.
