Job Description
The Technical Business Analyst will support a core digital platform with dedicated ownership of a specific product capability or line‑extension feature. This role serves as the primary translator between business needs and technical execution, working closely with customers, business stakeholders, marketing, and engineering teams.
The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and ensuring development teams have clear, actionable guidance to build high‑quality features that deliver customer value.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience as a Technical Business Analyst supporting digital products
Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation
Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (or Jira at minimum)
Ability to write clear user stories and technical requirements
Strong understanding of how business needs translate into technical solutions
Product‑oriented mindset (B2B or B2C), not service‑platform focused
Ability to partner effectively with engineering, marketing, UX, and business teams
Comfortable working onsite with a pod or delivery team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting product line extensions or add‑on capabilities
Exposure to commercial SaaS platforms
Experience working within Agile pods or sprint‑based teams
Customer‑facing experience to gather and validate requirements
Familiarity with integrated digital product suites or ecosystems
