Insight Global is seeking an experienced and proactive Sr IT Project Manager to support Salesforce and Commercial Application teams for one of our largest medical device clients. We are looking for a strong technology leader who can navigate complexity, align technology solutions with business needs, and drive initiatives across interconnected systems and teams. This individual must possess strong knowledge of project management methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the project lifecycle. This is a hybrid role that will work onsite 3x a week. This opportunity can pay between $65-71/hr based on years of experience.

7+ years of project management experience, with at least 35 years in a senior or leadership role managing multiple projects or large teams.
Experience managing complex projects involving diverse stakeholder groups, multiple applications, system dependencies, and upstream/downstream integrations.
Strong background in supporting commercial applications and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
Knowledge of release management and DevOps processes, including all teams involved, and the ability to build and manage a comprehensive project plan that outlines dependencies, milestones, and execution steps.
Exceptional critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of translating complex insights into effective action.
Highly proactive in engaging with key stakeholders and gathering essential information to drive success.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Windchill, with expertise in managing workflows, documentation, and product lifecycle processes.
Proven experience in Salesforce, with a strong understanding of Salesforce data models and architecture.
Hands-on experience in launching mobile applications, ensuring all compliance and technical requirements are met.
Understanding of regulated quality requirements for medical device companies.
Ability to be on-site in either Arden Hills or Maple Grove, MN 3 days per week.
