Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with expertise in mixed-signal circuit design and development. This role involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to understand product requirements and assess technical feasibility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in component and system-level electronic design, particularly in developing sensor interfaces that handle very low-level signals with high source impedance. Responsibilities include designing analog circuits using instrumentation amplifiers, transimpedance amplifiers, filters, and ADCs, with a strong emphasis on low leakage and 50/60Hz rejection filtering. Experience in medical device design is preferred due to the unique safety constraints that limit conventional solutions. The candidate should be proficient in managing signal and power integrity issues through simulation and modeling tools such as SPICE, Spectre, ADS, and MATLAB. Additional responsibilities include printed circuit board development, hardware verification testing, and support for agency compliance testing in accordance with EMC and IEC 60601-1 standards. The role also involves writing design specifications, participating in product planning and design reviews, and mentoring junior engineers. Familiarity with ESD requirements and analog mixed-signal concepts such as mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, and low-noise techniques is essential. Strong lab skills, including the use of oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators, are required to validate designs and ensure product performance.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters.
