Insight Global is seeking two Scrum Master's for one of their largest medical device clients. In this role, you will be an essential member within the Salesforce.com product team. This position is a team-centric role that will collaborate with fellow Salesforce.com developers, UI designers, product owners and stakeholders across the business in creating the vision for Salesforce products/tools. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, capable leader, and fully invested in Agile/scrum frameworks. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating sprints, and coaching team members to ensure efficient and quality deliverables. It is highly preferred that these individuals sit in Costa Rica and are able to work EST hours. The client is also open to those located in India for the perfect candidate, knowing they will need to work overlap hours with central and eastern time zones. This opportunity has a pay rate between $19-24/hr USD depending on experience.
