Job Description

Our client’s Regulatory Affairs team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support a critical data cleansing project. This role will focus on ensuring accurate and timely data preparation for EPA compliance and global substance management. The project is on a tight timeline, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Locate files, extract and validate data, and ensure accuracy across multiple sources.
- Excel Expertise: Manipulate and manage 2–3 complex Excel templates; maintain consistency and integrity of data.
- Issue Resolution: Communicate data discrepancies and escalate issues promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the EPA team and Global Substance team to meet project milestones.
- Deadline Focus: Deliver as much clean data as possible by February 9th; support go-live preparations for end of March/early April.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience working on large-scale projects involving significant data sets.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, templates, data manipulation).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to ask clarifying questions and work independently in a remote setting.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Availability during 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST/EST (earlier start preferred to overlap with European team).
- Experience in regulatory affairs or similar compliance-driven environments.
