Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their IT acquisition integration team. In this role, you will lead business systems integration projects, directing all phases from inception through completion. By partnering with IT and Business functions within different business divisions, you will gather integration priorities and build plans that will bring increased value, capabilities, and a competitive advantage to the business. You will work alongside program managers, IT functions, and business functions to ensure efficient and high-quality project leadership and execution. This is a hybrid role that requires you to work onsite 2-3x a week.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree
5+ years of work experience; 5+ years devoted to IT projects, with proven track record of successful project delivery in a variety of technical areas
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies, primarily Waterfall
Demonstrated project management experience leading cross functional project teams in a highly matrixed business environment
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects
Experience delivering and maintaining systems within a medical device or a highly regulated environment
Proven team management, decision making and task prioritization skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with excellent personal time management skills
Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to drive consensus within a team and influence outcomes
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver in a challenging, fast paced, rapidly changing environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP® certification
Medical device or regulated industry experience
Experience with BSC SAP, BSC Core Business Applications or other ERPs
Experience with BSC Global Systems Methodology
Experience with leading acquisition integration projects
Past IT project management experience providing leadership, development and coaching to a high performing team
