Program Manager

We are seeking an elite Program Manager to drive the execution and recovery of a critical digital initiative in the B2B/commercial space, including connected devices and digital products. This role demands a strategic driver who can rescue at-risk programs, thrive in ambiguity, and deliver high-impact results under pressure.

• Drive program execution and recovery for a critical digital initiative in the B2B/commercial space (including connected devices and digital products).
• Help clarify, align, and - when needed - act as owner for product vision and strategy, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure teams are moving toward business goals and customer needs, and accelerating progress when direction is lacking.
• Lead multiple workstreams and hold teams accountable for deliverables.
• Act as a driver (“bulldog”) to ensure progress and remove roadblocks.
• Fill gaps and wear multiple hats to keep the program on track.
• Dive into the weeds and solve detailed problems when necessary, while also maintaining a high-level strategic perspective for executive stakeholders.
• Provide clear, timely updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in complex, digital environments—preferably B2B, commercial digital products, or connected device ecosystems.
• Proven ability to recover at-risk programs and deliver under pressure, especially in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
• Experience driving digital product strategy and execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
