Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Change Manager to sit within the Enterprise Project Management Office. You will be responsible for the deployment, program change, and communication strategy with the Office of Change Enablement. You will also be responsible for partnering with the core team to capture and communicate: change impacts, identifying and implementing stakeholder engagement strategy, create end-user change journey activities and implement that training strategy. This position will be embedded in the project team day to day and sit in a larger Change team with access to resources and other change practitioners.



Other Key Responsibilities:

- Establish change networks in the business comprised of sponsor, leads, and super users through building partnerships and engaging business partners. Establish on-going activities to engage end-users through multiple engagements.

- Create an approach to capture, disposition, and communicate business change impacts working with the program workstream teams.

- Define program communication & engagement strategy across workstreams including defining stakeholder groups. Communications should follow the next gen communication approach and are integrated into Microsoft O365 suite of tools including SharePoint Sites, News app, and more.

- Conduct stakeholder assessments and analysis regularly and corresponding engagement plans and measures.

- Create end-user journey materials including personas, What's Changing materials, etc.

- Define and execute change measures and communication measures through multiple forms of measurement (i.e. focus groups, surveys, analytics)

- Provide Executive level program communication/sponsor communication plan with key leaders.

- Conduct training needs analysis and define a training strategy

- Independently identify and build partnerships, influence stakeholder groups, and represent OCE with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Engagement, Organizational development, Training & Development, Human Resources, Leadership or other related area

- Minimum of 5 years managing change and communication within a large company

- Successful track record delivering high quality creative communications to all levels of organization using multiple vehicles.

- Experience working on a global project transformation implementing Change Management and Communications tactics.

- Experience working globally and comfort with cultural diversity.

- Comfortable with ambiguity

- Proficient with Microsoft O365 tools e.g SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project (or Smartsheet).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Master's degree in Communications, Engagement, Organizational development, Training & Development, Human Resources, Leadership or other related area

- Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) certification and/or PROSCI Certification

- PMI PMP certification in project management

- Five years+ of related work experience with change tools such stakeholder's analysis, change impact mapping, persona creation, change measures, and the value of their outputs.

- Five years+ creating enterprise wide and executive level creative communications using multiple vehicles/approaches.

- Experience as a change management professional as part of a portfolio and project management PPM program.

- Experience in the use/implementation of Planisware software
