This role will fall within the Technology division of the organization and will be supporting multiple leaders within the PMO to ensure that all deliverables and actions to move the needle on large technology programs are moving forward. We are looking for someone who is a go getter, action oriented, problem solver who is confident in their ability to prioritize tasks and make moves on the tasks at hand. In this role, you will need to be independent in nature and willing to take ambiguous direction all while asking questions along the way to ensure action is made. This is an incredible opportunity to come in and add immediate value to the program support team as well as a great opportunity to grow and enhance your skills. This role will require someone to be onsite 3-4x a week in Roseville. - 1 - 3+ years of experience operating in a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Associate, etc
- Experience working within an enterprise environment and any exposure to a PMO within an organization
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptability to learn new tools and be able to pivot with tool changes
- Ability to navigate multiple tasks at once
- Excellent Documentation skills
- Confidence to navigate in the gray, be adaptable to change, and action oriented around a variety of tasks
- Expertise managing a to-do list and prioritizing deliverables
- Excellent relationship skills and communication at all levels within an organization
