Job Description
The Document Review Clerk is responsible for the review and process of documents to company standards using checklists and internal computer systems. This involves data entry and generating reports from their proprietary system while researching additional loans and locating missing files. This person will learn to understand the timeline of loans from beginning to end as they go through training. Additionally they will be working out of a shared inbox and processing litigation requests as well as additional research items like checking originality of documents, and affidavits. Research can include checking for data possession and responding to clients via email. The team supports monthly audits including prepping, sorting, for external and internal client review. The ideal candidate is highly organized to hit various deadlines, has strong attention to detail, time management, organization with prioritization, is well versed in Excel, team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role is paying $17/hr and has hours of 8:00-4:30PM.
