Were seeking a skilled Epicor Analyst to lead ERP system optimization and integration efforts across business functions. This hands-on role focuses on configuring and enhancing Epicor ERP to streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and support cross-functional operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Epicor ERP to support operations in finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering.
Develop BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, SSRS reports, and screen customizations to improve user experience and data access.
Integrate Epicor with other systems (CRM, QMS, HR) using APIs, Automation Studio, or Workato.
Support document management via Epicor ECM to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
Provide user support, training, and system optimization to maximize adoption and satisfaction.
Lead technical projects, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
Leverage Office 365 tools (Power Automate, Teams, Planner) to automate workflows and enhance collaboration.
Apply SQL and Power BI to develop reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of ERP experience, including Epicor configuration and support.
Strong understanding of business processes across multiple domains.
Experience in regulated environments and QMS configuration.
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI development.
PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is a plus.
