Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a high‑volume, enterprise‑level quality initiative focused on complaints mapping using AI agents with a human‑in‑the‑loop interface. This role will serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and a pod‑based technical delivery team, owning end‑to‑end execution of a complex, cross‑functional build. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for running all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, translating business needs into clear technical requirements, writing and managing user stories, maintaining the project roadmap, and driving consistent project status communication across stakeholders. The role requires operating confidently in an ambiguous environment, managing scope changes and new feature requests, and handling escalations efficiently to ensure delivery stays on track.

Required Skills & Experience
-10+ years of Technical Project Management experience leading complex, enterprise‑scale initiatives
-Strong hands‑on experience running Agile/Scrum ceremonies and managing cross‑functional delivery teams
-Expertise translating business requirements into technical user stories and execution plans, with end‑to‑end SDLC ownership
-Experience delivering large‑scale digital or technical solutions (e.g., SaaS platforms, enterprise applications)
-Solid technical foundation in software and data engineering, with comfort discussing AI/ML concepts at a high level
