Our client, a global leader in electrical connection and protection solutions, is seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to join their dynamic Customer Experience and Insights team. This role plays a pivotal part in launching a newly established Center of Excellence dedicated to deepening customer understanding and driving strategic insights. As a key contributor, the analyst will lead high-impact workshops, develop customer personas, and craft detailed journey maps—all while collaborating across departments to embed customer-centric thinking throughout the organization. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundational capabilities of a growing insights function and influence how the company engages with its global customer base.

Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Marketing Research, Marketing, Anthropology Human Centered Design Research, Psychology or related field.
· 5-7+ years consumer research experience, customer insights, marketing psychology, or related fields.
· Strong analytical techniques and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role. The ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and apply rigorous methodologies will drive impactful insights and strategic outcomes.
· Well-versed and experienced in designing and conducting mixed-methodology insights (qualitative and quantitative research techniques).
· Proven analytical skill to organize and interpret data and develop insights that encourage action.
· Demonstrated ability to create clear and compelling storylines that are strategically sound and emotionally connected.
· Experience using Tableau and/or Power BI for creating dashboards
· Experience using Miro for showcasing journey maps and personas
· Well-versed and experienced with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and XLSTAT)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Master's degree or PhD from an accredited institution in Marketing Research, Marketing, Anthropology, Analytics, Human Centered Design Research, Psychology or related field.
· Experience in foundational analytics, to analyze and develop data visualization deliverables.
· 10+ years consumer research experience, customer insights, marketing psychology, or related fields.
· Experience as an Customer Experience and Insights professional at an Industrial Manufacturing company.
· Global experience working on global studies
