Role Overview
This role leads the delivery of large, complex customer projects and is considered a subject matter expert in project management. You’ll work on high‑risk, high‑visibility initiatives, provide strategic guidance, and help shape project management best practices across the organization. Strong client leadership, financial ownership, and team management are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Financial Management
-Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex customer projects, often across multiple regions
-Manage high‑risk projects with complex legal, commercial, and operational requirements
-Own project financials, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
-Meet or exceed SOAR‑approved budgets and provide accurate financial forecasts to leadership
Client & Business Development
-Manage senior‑level client relationships and act as a trusted delivery partner
-Represent the organization with external customers and stakeholders
-Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing clients
-Support early qualification and assessment of large, complex opportunities
-Act as opportunity manager for high‑risk deals
Process & Expertise
-Serve as a subject matter expert in project management methodologies
-Drive process improvements and help establish project management standards and policies
-Contribute to the project management professional community and share best practices

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience in project management or related roles
-PMP certification highly preferred
-Strong command of project management best practices and tools
-Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and speaking with authority on project delivery topics
-Proven ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and lead through complexity
It would be great to find someone who can also support operational and technology initiatives, including:
-Experience managing printer fleets or managed print services
-Hands‑on involvement in printer‑related projects such as scan‑to‑print solutions and configuration rollouts
-Familiarity with ServiceNow (incident, change, or request management)
-Experience with WebJet administration
