Insight Global is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Montreal, Canada to join one of our largest manufacturing clients. As an Outside Sales Rep within the Adhesives and Tapes division, you will have the opportunity to channel your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative minds across the globe. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by meeting or exceeding your designated sales quota within a defined territory. You will work closely with local channel teams to implement strategic growth initiatives and programs, while also developing relationships with end-user customers to expand the reach of the Industrial Adhesives & Tapes portfolio. Your insights into market trends and customer needs will be instrumental in informing portfolio managers, marketing teams, application engineers, and leadership. Additionally, you will collaborate with the End-User Key Accounts Team to foster growth through strategic partnerships with key customers. A critical aspect of your role will involve managing a robust opportunity pipeline, conducting strategic planning for new business, and performing regular business reviews to ensure continued success in key markets and customer segments.
This role requires you to be in person with your clients 3 days a week, and having the option to work remotely 2 days a week.

-Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
-4+ years of exceptional sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
-Fluent in both English and French
-Current, valid Drivers License.
