Job Description
Our client, who creates electrical systems globally, is looking for a marketing specialist/coordinator to support campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, etc.). They've recently acquired multiple companies and are currently managing 3 different company brands while continuing to build a foundational marketing team. This person will be able to tell a story through PowerPoint while leveraging data acquired through campaigns. Being able to analyze campaign performances and aligning them with the KPI's set by the business leaders is an important part of the role. The characteristic they're looking for is someone who can organize tasks, manage timelines, and a self-starter who can proactively identify tasks. This role is onsite in St. Louis Park 5 days a week. Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing support or coordination, ideally within a matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of marketing ecosystems and campaign lifecycles.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and PowerPoint; experience with Monday.com is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
