Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Lead AI/ML Engineer to join one of our medical device clients. This person is being brought in to drive innovation and efficiency across their enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing and deploying intelligent agents and automation solutions, with a strong focus on process improvement and business transformation. This role requires hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot, as well as integration with Salesforce and other enterprise applications. The successful candidate will lead initiatives that leverage AI/ML to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver scalable solutions across departments. A strong background in building and deploying AI agents, coupled with a strategic mindset for identifying automation opportunities, is essential. The candidate should also be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and translating complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.
