Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting and Data Analyst to strengthen our organization’s reporting infrastructure and data quality practices. This role will be instrumental in evaluating and organizing the current reporting catalog, setting standardized reporting quality benchmarks, and establishing data dictionary guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity across all reporting outputs. The ideal candidate will have experience developing reporting policies, conducting data quality analyses, and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to drive reporting excellence. Responsibilities include assessing report relevance and accuracy, designing automated quality testing procedures, documenting key data elements and business logic, and identifying discrepancies through rigorous data analysis. Familiarity with Power BI report development, data modeling, and visualization best practices is highly recommended. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our reporting ecosystem is accurate, efficient, and aligned with strategic business objectives. PayRate- $45-55/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL.
• Experience with data quality assurance and documentation processes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing data dictionaries and quality testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with industry best practices in reporting and data governance.
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages
