Insight Global is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to join one of our medical device clients to help drive the effectiveness of their automation initiatives within the AI agent space. This role involves evaluating and enhancing the end-to-end flow of AI-driven processes to ensure they are not only technically sound but also meaningfully automated. The ideal candidate will assess whether the right tools and models are being used, and whether those models are integrated in ways that truly reduce manual effort and increase efficiency. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand how AI agents operate within various workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and provide actionable guidance to improve performance. This person will serve as a thought partner and technical advisor, helping teams align their automation strategies with business goals while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and measurable impact.

-Bachelors degree or higher in computer science or related field
-5+ year of experience within AI/ML systems, automation engineering, or solutions architecture with a strong track record of integrating machine learning models or AI agents into production workflows
-Proven ability to leverage AI development tools like Copilot, supported by a strong understanding Microsoft platforms and technologies
-Hands on experience with Python and Powerautomate
