Were looking for a proactive and curious Project Coordinator or Junior Business Analyst to join our team at a pivotal moment. This is a foundational role for someone eager to grow into project management. Youll be instrumental in helping us keep critical projects on track by organizing documentation, gathering key artifacts, and supporting phase-gating efforts across multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities:
This is not a Scrum Master role its a hands-on opportunity to build your PM toolkit while working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
Conduct a thorough inventory of existing project documentation and identify gaps
Collaborate with teams to gather and organize project artifacts needed for phase progression
Assist in authoring documentation and ensuring alignment with project requirements
Support multiple projects simultaneously, helping drive them through phase gates
Ask the right questions to uncover risks, blockers, and next steps
Help ensure projects stay out of the red by proactively identifying whats needed
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand approval workflows

23 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role
Exposure to project lifecycle and phase gating processes
Strong organizational and communication skills; not afraid to ask questions
Self-starter with a desire to grow into a full-fledged Project Manager
Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence (a plus)
Understanding of project approval workflows and documentation standards
PMI certification or coursework is a plus
Experience in the tech industry is beneficial but not required
