Insight Global is seeking a highly collaborative and design-focused Facilities and Civil Design Engineer to join one of clients within the Aviation and Aerospace industry. This role will be instrumental in shaping infrastructure for jet engine test cells, working closely with internal teams and global customers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong civil engineering background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for working in a niche area of aerospace.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering (not mechanical).
• Strong design background, ideally with experience using CATIA.
• Proficiency in CAD tools including AutoCAD, 3D solid modeling, and Siemens NX.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional setting.
• Strong math and analytical skills; capable of interpreting complex engineering drawings.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 30%.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working with large-scale industrial machinery or infrastructure.
• Background in machining or familiarity with machinist environments.
• Familiarity with Safran or prior experience in aerospace testing environments.
• Ability to prepare architectural drawings and ensure compliance with construction standards and codes.
