Job Description
• Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer
• Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders
• Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
• Develop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders
• Apply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document and implement project communication plans

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience
o managing projects of medium to large scope
o managing multiple projects at the same time. (12-15 at various stages)
o managing project teams
o leading or participating in process improvement initiatives
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Ability to work effectively under stressful situations, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• PMP Certification
• 2+ years’ experience with Smartsheet
• Knowledge of:
o medical imaging implementations and workflows.
o databases and enterprise-class information systems.
o health care imaging – specifically Radiology and Cardiology.
o cloud-based systems.
o Running government projects- VA and DOD
