The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and experience working with large datasets in a project-driven environment. The Senior Data Analyst will oversee a team of data analysts while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data accurately and on time. This role pays between 39.76-48.59/hr.

-Minimum 8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the utility or energy industry.
-Bachelors Degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data manipulation and visualization.
- Experience using SAP and SharePoint for data integration and reporting.
- Strong understanding of project performance indicators such as budget variance, schedule adherence, and resource utilization.
- Ability to develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and custom reports for various stakeholders.
