Job Description

A large financial institution is hiring for a Technical Writer to join one of their data lake teams. This individual will be responsible for implementing model governance frameworks based on key risk aversion initiatives. Along with technical writing experience within data migration orientated projects, this person should also have sufficient reporting and predictive analytics writing experience. They will communicate with and present cross functionally to a variety of technical and business facing stakeholders. The writer will be collaborating with several internal teams to create playbooks, policy guides, and user agreements to improve model tracking for end user communities.

Required Skills & Experience

-Minimum 4 years of technical writing experience

-Hands-on experience creating policy agreements and model governance documents for a large data project and/or cloud migration

-Experience working with data lake/data warehouse teams

-Excellent documentation experience and familiarity with predictive analytics

-Ability to effectively, and confidently communicate with a variety of internal stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working within AWS environments

Hands-on experience as a project lead/project coordinator
