Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager with deep expertise in corporate tax provision, compliance, and financial reporting to join a client’s finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing federal, state, and local tax filings, overseeing provision processes, and collaborating with external consultants and auditors. This role requires hands-on experience with tax software tools such as OneSource, Bloomberg Fixed Assets, along with a solid understanding of U.S. tax regulations and reporting standards. The Tax Manager will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic tax planning initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Required Skills & Experience

○ 5–7 years progressive tax experience (corporate tax compliance and provision)
○ Experience managing projects and external consultants
○ Public accounting (Big 4 or regional firms)
○ Tax software: OneSource, Bloomberg Fixed Assets
○ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
○ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
○ Strategic thinking beyond detail orientation
○ CPA Certification
