An employer is looking for a Windows System Administrator to join on of the top Utility clients in the Nation. This person will be joining the Electric Distribution and IT Operations team and will perform Windows Server and Application Support. This person will be administering Windows Servers 2016+ (as well as 2010 and 2011) and performing patch management on Windows Servers utilizing PowerShell scripting. You will also assist in general infrastructure support, working regularly in Active Directory, occasionally working with Linux Servers and responding to tickets in ServiceNow. In addition, this person will have the opportunity to provide project support and coordination for all of the assets/field devices being deployed for Electric Distribution. The breakdown of responsibility for this role will be 60% general infrastructure system administration and 40% project coordination for electric field devices.

- 4+ years of experience with Systems Administration experience
- Windows server administration -- server 2016 and above preferred, must have 2010 and 2011
- Active Directory experience
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Patch management experience
- SQL Server experience (administration, upkeep)
- Linux system knowledge/exposure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with infrastructure project coordination (i.e. supporting project managers and project teams with deliverables and project updates.)
