Insight Global is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer/ITOM Consultant for a large company. In this role, you will be responsible for coming up with solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You will configure CMDB Discovery and Service Mapping solutions and you will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate CMDB solutions. You will interact with disaster recovery, incident response, network, firewall and other infrastructure-related teams. The main focus of the position is Event Management, Service Mapping and Discovery.

- 6+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer/ITOM Developer
- Hands-on experience with Discovery Admin module
- Experience integrating CMDB with external data sources and applications
- Strong CMDB experience - emphasizing on Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders and leadership.
- Any CMDB Service Mapping experience
- In addition to Developer responsibilities, experience as an Architect/creating designs and/or experience as an Administrator/configurating ServiceNow modules
