Job Description
An employer is looking for a Project Manager for the End User Services group for one of our top utility clients. The IT Project Manager (Project Manager II) will support the End User Services Product Owner by managing four key sub projects: macOS Enhancements, Intune Enhancements, Diagnostic Software (DEX) Deployment, and Copilot Support. This role focuses on project governance, documentation, coordination, forecasting, and cross functional alignment rather than day to day product team delivery. Experience working in Agile environments is highly beneficial.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Budgeting and financial management experience.
• Planning, risk management, and project governance expertise.
• Experience in Agile environments
• Background in End User Services
• Problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
