Our client is seeking a Principal SFDC Administrator to join the dynamic Business Applications team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce and other business applications, to drive optimization and innovation of our business applications ecosystem. As a senior member of this team, you will partner with Admins, Business Analysts, and Developers to enhance, design, and build solutions across our Salesforce environment and the broader ecosystem of business applications.
Responsibilities:
o Build, test and deploy complex configuration, integration and automation changes to our suite of business applications (including Salesforce).
o Design multi-system technical solutions that align with industry best practices and review other admins designs.
o Document high level system architecture and data flows.
o Set up customized integrations between business applications.
o Global understanding sales, marketing, support, and operations business processes to align application solutions to support broader business goals.
o Enhance and maintain functionality in multi-cloud Salesforce environment, including Sales, Service, Experience and Revenue Cloud related configuration.
o Lead collaboration with Business Analysts to establish technical requirements on multi-component projects.
o Operate with a high level of autonomy on assigned projects
o Follow SDLC processes and change management for system updates
o Mentor junior and senior members of the team on systems administration and production support requests
o Troubleshoot complex errors within our application ecosystem, including integrations.
o Participate in acquisition integrations and data migrations for our business applications.
o Proactively identify new functionality available and upcoming in product roadmap for evaluation of business fit.

o 7+ years of experience as a hands-on administrator of business applications
o Familiarity with integration patterns and best practices in exchanging data between systems
o Experience working with iPaaS products (i.e. Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft) 2-3 years of experience with this, experience needs to be a layer deeper than the OAuth layer
Experience integrating multiple types of systems and connectors they use Workato to do this
Set up custom API connections, architecture and design/aerial view
Understanding of APIs, Apex, JSON, and similar languages
Experience working in a larger team environment solo vs. larger
Mentorship and coaching highest level of their admin team and set the tone for the other team members has 4 total inclusive of this role. 1 entry and 2 senior level and this principal level. 2 people on the SFDC team and then a team of 3 BSAs that are doing the BA, testing, launch coordination responsibilities
o Experience integrating business applications within a broader ecosystem
o Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
o Strong written and oral communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues and stakeholders
o Detail-oriented, curious, self-starter and a problem-solving aptitude in working both independently and in a team environment
Salesforce certifications and Netsuite experience are a plus, but not required
Salesforce CPQ experience and would like to have experience with it
