We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to lead the modernization of our chatbot platforms and drive technical excellence across projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in architecture, design, and implementation of complex systems.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years software development, systems implementation, and integrations.
• Proven experience building chatbots using Dialogflow CX (ES acceptable with strong engineering background).
• Strong front-end development skills (React) and familiarity with Node.js and/or Python.
• API integration expertise (webhooks, chatbot integrations).
• Cloud experience: GCP preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable with strong DevOps principles.
• Track record of delivering projects from inception to implementation
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage vendor collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with offshore/onshore teams and leadership.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts (LLMs, RAG, Vertex AI, prompt engineering).
• Experience with Java/C#
• Certifications in cloud or emerging technologies.
