Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-sufficient Work Order Processor to join our Energy Utility Client. The primary responsibility of this role is to review and verify work orders completed by contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to independently find solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review work orders returned from field operations to ensure all charges and goals are accurately recorded.
• Verify data for work orders and perform data mining for quality assurance.
• Communicate with operations, engineering, and utility quality departments to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
• Submit work orders to the utility quality department for final approval.
• Ensure work orders are closed properly to allow for depreciation and integration into the GIS service.
• Monitor the progress of work orders and address any issues related to missing documents or financials.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
