Support daily operations, monitoring, and incident response while growing technical expertise.
Provide 24/7 SRE coverage
Maintain dashboards and observability tools
Conduct root cause analysis and incident resolution
Maintain SOPs and knowledge base
Report on KPIs such as MTTA, MTTR, and SLA compliance
Configurations and Software Enhancements
Design and implement Python-based service applications for automation and data processing
Perform version control, testing, and deployment of projects
Support data ingestion pipelines
Participate in on-call rotations
Assist in automation and documentation efforts
Learn and apply SRE principles under mentorship

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
23 years of experience in DevOps/SRE or associated roles
Basic knowledge of Python, Kubernetes, and SQL
Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident response
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
