Job Description
A large banking client is looking for a junior Data Engineer to join their team to help with data modeling. The work is being done in Alteryx and this role will work with data from multiple sources and align field definitions. This role will work with Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation. This role is about getting quality models built quickly and efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of professional data engineering experience
- A solid grasp of data modeling fundamentals, including star schema, normalization, and dimensional modeling
- The ability to build logical and physical data models based on business inputs
- Experience with Oracle
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write, understand, and troubleshoot complex queries
- Comfort working with data from multiple sources and aligning field definitions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Alteryx, especially for data preparation and workflow automation
