Job Description

The Information Security Analyst is responsible for the implementation, execution, and maintenance of technology solutions to mitigate risk and drive business results. Provides thought leadership to small- and mid-sized initiatives. Solves a range of problems applying standard operating procedures. May mentor junior staff or business partners.

As the Info Security Analyst, you will support the Information Security and Risk Management needs of the company to continually support and improve the controls and security posture within our Information Technology and Information Security environment.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, mathematics, or related field

-2 or more years of applicable experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) for controls, policy, standards, and compliance management.

-Practical application of major risk, control frameworks, and industry standards, including: ITIL, NIST, CIS, COSO, COBIT, CMM, Product Operating Model (POM).

-Demonstrated effectiveness in the Product Operating Model (POM) and Agile work management and methodologies.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Strong knowledge and experience in identification, auditing, design, and operating effectiveness of IT general controls.

-Demonstrated leadership on small-mid scale projects impacting strategic priorities.

-Financial services background

-Experience with companies subject to SOX, NCUA, SEC, OCC, and GLBA requirements.
