An employer is looking for a Demand Manager for one of our top utility companies in the Nation. This person is going to be responsible for managing all intake activities for the Data & AI portfolio within Technology. You will partner with Teams to ensure the solution aligns with business goals, technical standards, and client requirements, Lead intake meetings, gather materials for SPM (ServiceNow Portfolio Module) project initiation. Responsible for development of artifacts required for approval to initiate in partnership with the portfolio program owners. This portfolio is going to continue to have a high level of demand over the next couple of years, so it is a great time to get your foot in the door!

- 5+ years of experience in an intake Demand Manager role
- Experience supporting a Technology organization with project intake - specifically Data & Analytics exposure
- Ability to gather strong client requirements and developing project initiation artifacts required for project approvals
- Experience leading intake meetings with business stakeholders and gathering materials and goals to turn them into strong technical requirements
- Jira experience
- Confidence to engage with leaders at all levels within an organization and comfortability with taking feedback to grow!
- SPM (ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management)
