Job Description

Our client is looking to stand up a Project Management Office (PMO) with the objective of creating a centralized department that establishes and maintains project management standards, processes, and best practices within an organization for electric distribution projects and operations. The primary goal is to ensure projects are executed efficiently, align with organizational objectives, and achieve desired outcomes.

Evergreen is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Work Order Data Technician to support work order reconciliation efforts within utility operations. This Data Tech will assist in quality control and quality assurance efforts and identify a long-term plan to eliminate a WO backlog in the future. This WO Data Tech will implement best practices to minimize O&M leakage during the reconciliation process while collaborating with peers to solve issues and provide status updates. Pay is between $25-35/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum one year of experience in Construction, Operations, Design, Maintenance or Utility/Energy industry

Bachelors Degree required.

Experience with SAP Experience doing work order reconciliation and/or allocation specifically with: VLOOKUP's, index match, count ifs, sum ifs formulas, and Managing large data sets.

Experience reconciling backlog of work orders, identifying work orders without recent charges and determining the proper action.

Provide a report summarizing the reconciliation work completed, including recommendations for future improvements.
