We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Developer Admin (Genesys) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering quality technical solutions. They will play a key role in leading the analysis, planning, and implementation of innovative Contact Center solutions, with a focus on Genesys products such as PureConnect and Genesys Cloud. This role requires deep technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to drive strategic technical vision. Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
-4 or more years of experience in systems analysis and application program development.
-5 years of experience developing Cloud Contact Center solutions, including IVR, Queuing & Routing, and Digital Service Products.
-Proficiency with Genesys products, particularly PureConnect and Genesys Cloud.
-Experience administrating and supporting PureCloud (Genesys Cloud).
-Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum.
-Industry awareness of evolving design patterns for Cloud and Software-as-a-Service integration.
-Knowledge and experience with RESTFUL APIs using .NET Core.
-Experience with EventBridge, AWS, A3S, architecting systems, scripts, ASR/TTS/NLP, and cloud app testing/security.
-Scripting experience using Python, JavaScript, batch files, or similar.
-Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, and strong judgment.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Knowledge and experience working with Genesys Cloud APIs for system integrations.
-Familiarity with IVR, custom scripts (both IB and OB), alerting, automation, bots, and integrations (CRM, Nexidia, IEX).
-Experience leading and delivering quality technical solutions.
-Certification in relevant technologies.
-Experience with additional cloud platforms.
