Job Description

Manager of Configuration coordinates with customers and vendors to determine a process for change reporting.
Oversight of walk-throughs and provide approvals.
Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.
Reviews and approves procedures, manuals, and documentation.
Reviews and signs off on completion of test plan and business sign off.
Is the primary contact to open and log all operational and project issues related to configuration
Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms.
Acts as the liaison between business and department to obtain information or answer questions
Follows up on any issues that occurred from validation.
Assist team with resolving issues in order to meet critical timelines.
Escalates when necessary to Director.
Review and oversight of completion for new system configuration setups.
Review and approve prior to moves to production and ensures business sign off.
Leads culture of growth, change, and continuous learning
Supports others in their time planning and organizing
Interact with business leaders and users, including external partners and customers as required.
Maintain professional, service-oriented relationships
Works on projects that encompass multiple divisions to support the overall enterprise goal(s).
Acts as the escalated contact to provide answers, perform research or any other activities required to answer questions in a timely manner (when necessary)
Mentors and coaches for the development of others and actively pursues opportunities for enhanced knowledge on Facets and supporting applications
Review and approve all the required documentation and submits to the necessary parties to implement new products, enhance existing products, or implement new system functionality.
Identify ways to enhance performance management and operational reports related to new business implementation processes
Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications
Ensure all feature work is completed or closed out.
The managers should meet regularly in order to build and strengthen relationships among each other, as well as, ensuring consistent communication across teams
Lead Major projects and/or Participate in projects and committees as assigned
Reviews and approves new procedures or updates to existing procedures.
Manages and performs the daily operational activities and/or project activities.
Assist with configuration direction and solutioning.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Facets configuration background, ideally focused on claims
Strong knowledge of industry codes including HCPCs, ICD10s, bill types, revenue codes, and more
Familiar with business enhancement requests
Strong requirement gathering experience working directly with business stakeholders
Prior leadership experience as a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager leading a team of 4+ people at a time
Agile experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with benefits configuration
Experience working with individual or ancillary products
