Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on DevOps practices to join one of our education services clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems. You will implement and optimize traditional machine learning operations (MLOps) to ensure efficient model training, validation, and deployment. Additionally, you will work with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies to create innovative applications and solutions. Your role will involve developing and maintaining robust APIs for seamless integration of AI models into various applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, and monitoring and evaluating model performance to ensure continuous improvement and scalability. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices is essential.

5+ years in AI/ML engineering, focusing on MLOps and deploying large language models.
Proficient in Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Proven work with generative AI and large language models. (LLMOps, RAG and Graph ML)
Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong API development skills (RESTful, GraphQL).
Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with data engineering tools (Apache Spark, Kafka).
