Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Regulatory Affairs Associate to join one of our largest manufacturing clients. As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting product stewardship across global markets. This position involves conducting technical assessments related to human health, environmental safety, and product liability for new and existing chemicals, materials, and technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, manufacturing sites, and regulatory experts, to complete regulatory reviews for New Product Introductions (NPI) and Change Management Processes (CMP). Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance documentation, supporting Lifecycle Management (LCM) and Environmental, Health, Safety and Regulatory (EHS&R) activities, engaging with customers and suppliers, monitoring evolving regulations and sustainability trends, and addressing product transparency and compliance concerns.

-Bachelors degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Regulatory Compliance, and/or Product Stewardship in private, public, government, or military settings.
-Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as CA Proposition 65, RoHS, REACH, TSCA, EPA, CARB, SCAQMD, and OTC VOC regulations.
Experience with regulatory systems and tools like CDMS, PLM, and LCMS.
-Background in chemistry or materials science
