-Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
-3+ years of experience and leadership in product marketing, global business management, new product commercialization, and cross-functional team collaboration, with a focus on driving growth and innovation.
-3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically within the Polishing materials segment or Integrated Circuit Packaging materials segment
