Job Description

Day to Day:
The Technician III will play a hands-on, lab-focused role supporting catheter manufacturing and related medical device processes. This individual will lead fixture design iterations, optimize equipment performance, and proactively identify blind spots in test method development to inform engineering decisions. With a strong background across multiple industries and technical domains—including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems—they’ll be expected to jump into the lab, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions with minimal oversight. Seamless communication with engineers, build coordinators, and cross-functional teams is essential, along with the ability to document findings, write clear technical reports, and summarize data in a concise and actionable format. A self-starting mindset, attention to detail, and a deep focus on quality and continuous improvement are key to success in this role. We can pay between $22-27.78/hr

Required Skills & Experience

-AA Degree or an equivalent combination of education / work experience in electronical, mechanical, assemblies and hydraulics, etc (Background in 2 or more different types of jobs/industries)
-Driven, self-starter, focus on depth of work (the details)
-Test method development: Ability to see test method blindspots and make recommendations to the engineering team.
-Seamless communication between engineering, build coordinators, and other team functions.
-Equipment and fixture design: Ability to lead the iterations and optimization of the fixtures.
-Med device background, specifically catheter manufacturing

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Solidworks or CAD modeling experience
