Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to join our client's early childhood education team.
This is a fulltime position based in Maple Grove, MN.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a nurturing, play-based learning environment and is committed to fostering the growth and development of toddlers (ages 1–3). As the Lead Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom where young children can explore, learn, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with developmental milestones and curriculum standards.
-Foster a warm, supportive, and stimulating environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
-Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative teaching team.
-Maintain open and effective communication with families, providing regular updates on child progress and classroom activities.
-Ensure the classroom meets all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
-Observe and document children’s behavior and development, using assessments to guide instruction and support individual needs.
-Collaborate with other educators and staff to plan events, activities, and professional development.

Required Skills & Experience
- Must have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related. Child Development Associate (CDA) certification can be used in lieu of a degree
- Must have 1+ years of education experience within an infant, toddler, preschool or Pre-K setting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience working in a Montessori environment is a plus
-Montessori related certifications (AMI, AMS) is a plus
