Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Crew Supervisors in the northern midwest to oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications infrastructure. This person will supervise day to day activities and project progress, establish guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables. Ther right candidate should have experience with leading teams within fiber optic or underground utility construction and be comfortable reporting on this activity daily. This individual will be responsible for communicating with company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed. The ideal Candidate with have great communication skills and a desire to learn and grow within the telecom industry. This role will require someone to be comfortable with traveling nearly 100% of the time to job sites in the northern midwest so they should possess an active drivers license with a clean record and pass a DOT physical.

Required Skills & Experience
Previous underground utility crew leadership experience
Understanding of and previous experience working within Fiber Optic Construction
Comfortability traveling nearly 100% of the time within clients regional footprint (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa)
A valid drivers license with clean record
Ability to pass a DOT physical
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Comfortability working outside for long periods of time, sitting, standing, lifting, kneeling, etc to perform construction related duties.
